The Baltimore Salsa Meetup organizers are working hard to iron out the event schedule for September. With so much going on, we could all be dancing 24/7. We are closing out the month of August at Red Maple on Tuesday night. Both beginner and intermediate lessons are offered. Free class. No cover. Lots of new faces. Need I say more? Then, we are jump starting September with our monthly party at Studio DNA on Saturday. The night begins with a Salsa On 2 lesson at 8pm followed by open dancing at 9pm with DJ Zeus and DJ Cruz at the helm.  Celebrate the holiday with an evening of dancing with BSM at Cancun Cantina on Sunday night.

• NEW - Tuesday, September 7 at 7pm: During the month of September, in addition to our Salsa group lessons, SalsaNow offers a 4 week progressive club Cha-Cha-Cha series specifically designed for the Salsa dancers. Students will learn Cha-Cha timing and footwork, essential fundamentals, and will quickly progress into patterns.

• NEW - Saturday, September 18 @ 7pm - 8:30pm: FREE Workshop: The secrets of Salsa revealed with Manuel Martinez.  Are you tired of being stuck where you are in your salsa? Discover the missing links to mastering salsa and how to become a much better dancer. Understand what makes others excel and how to tap into that knowledge. This seminar is free for the salsa community but is open exclusively to salsa students, so no salsa teachers will be allowed. Only 22 students will be accepted in order to give good attention to each student. A salsa social will follow the seminar with a lot of hard core salsa.  A $5 donation is suggested to cover the space costs. The social is open to everybody. Location TBD.
